The director, Becky

Beckland Care Services was founded on a deep commitment to holistic, person-centred care. Our director, Becky, brings over two decades of hands-on experience in the UK health sector, having worked as a caregiver from 2000-2005 and as a Registered Nurse for the NHS from 2006-2022. Becky trained while caregiving, graduating from the University of the West of England in 2006 as an Adult Registered Nurse. Since 2015, she has also successfully directed a care business in the UK.

In 2018, during a family visit to Tokai, Cape Town, Becky and her husband Lionel envisioned a care service that would go beyond physical support -one that would embrace emotional, social, and lifestyle needs. That vision became Beckland Care Services, providing holistic care for individuals who are frail, the elderly, those with mild learning disabilities, physical challenges, and those requiring respite care. The business’s focus is to provide comprehensive, community-based care, empowering clients to live with dignity, independence, and comfort.

Office Manager, Noeline

Noeline has over 20 years of corporate experience, specializing in sales, marketing, skills development, and human resources. She ran her own business services company for 8 years and holds an advanced certificate in management practices from Henley Business School. Her personal experience caring for family members with medical conditions led her to transition into healthcare, where her empathetic nature and hands-on training made the shift seamless.

Beckland Care provides a friendly and personal care service that enables frail, elderly, or disabled clients to continue to live independently in their own home.

We promote equality and an atmosphere of trust and respect.

Our carers have been trained to look at care holistically in the client’s own environment. Basic care duties include assistance with personal hygiene, pressure care, companionship, cooking, light housework, and any other individual requirements such as walking the dog, receiving guests, driving, shopping, etc. This enables the client to retain their independence and continue to live according to their own preferences.
